Our First Project As you know, oversize sissy bars on large cruisers are more comfortable for the passenger but make it difficult to attach a sissy bar pack. Not anymore! Our rugged rack is made of 3/16" chrome plated steel with polished stainless steel spacers. All hardware is also stainless steel. Order just the rack (will accommodate packs with sissy bar mounting pouch at least 9" wide) or the kit with the rack AND the sissy bar bag. The bag is made of high quality synthetic leather, expands to almost twice the front to back size shown in the photos and includes a rain cover. Currently design is for the 2005 and up Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad 1600 but with a little work, we could adapt this to other bikes really easily.
